I just wanted you to know that Jim and his son worked extremely hard and were so kind and friendly. They did amazing work and I had no problem trusting them in my home unattended and around my children. We have had work done before where we don't leave the worker's sight. This was not the case. They are amazing people and you are lucky to have them. We will be using you guys from now on for all our plumbing needs. We have our house and our rental and we have been looking for a good plumber to add to our list of contacts. We still haven't decided on replacing the tub or not, but I will let you know if we need a hand with that. Thanks again for everything. I discovered a leak last night between my meter and the house on the main line and called Four Star Plumbing first thing this morning. I told them that I couldn't be at the house until 11am so they said they would give me a 30 minute warning call before they came and it would be after 12pm. I got a call at 11am and they asked if they could come over a little early. They arrived promptly and within a couple of hours had it fixed and charged a reasonable charge for the work they had done. I would recommend Four Star to anyone who wants prompt and reliable plumbing services.

Four Star was out when they said, and dispatch called 30 minutes to tell me they were on the way.
I was amazed! I had called 4 other companies and only one called me back to say it would be the following week. I told the young lady who answered the phone about this and that I had been without water for a week.
She said that there was a possibility of getting out to my house that day and would call me if they could. An hour later they said the technicians were on the way ( I guess we dont call them plumbers today). Two men showed up 30 minutes later, one went under the house and said I had one 3/4 line leaking. Jim gave me a quote and I agreed and they started. David (under the house) found another leak and Jim gave me a revised quote. Still happy with the price. The fixed both leaks.
Four Star is tops in my book and if you need them ask for Jim and David. Great guys!
